Co-founded by Susanto Banerjee and Mohua Sengupta, Ventures is a platform for theatre and theatre based behavioural interventions. Born in 2014, Ventures has continuously strived to make deeper inroads into theatrical journeys of diverse group of individuals with little or no prior experience in theatre, and consistently deliver engaging performances. With successful productions under the directorship of Susanto Banerjee and able guidance of Mohua Sengupta, both of whom are also actors, Ventures has been able to occupy a meaningful space in the minds of the audience.

Since late 2019 Ventures has embarked on a journey to introduce theatre as an effective means for Behavioural Learning and launched its programs on “Theatre Based Behavioural Learning” in the areas of Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Unconscious Bias, Team Building, Verbal & Non-verbal Communication, Entrepreneurial DNA etc. Ventures’ offerings on “Theatre based Behavioural Learning” are uniquely positioned owing to significant experience of its founders in leading and managing large organisations and their deep theatrical journey. Ability to partner with competent professionals, as appropriate, provides an added advantage to its lean organisation.
