Navigating the ecosystem and creating a space for the enterprise is difficult and becomes even more complex with the behavioural challenges posed by self and ecosystem partners or stakeholders. Managing one’s own emotions and understanding preferences or bias of the partners are extremely important to make the right connections and steer conversations.
