Susanto Banerjee posted …..Its been a fabulous 2 days’ session of Theatre Based Behavioural Learning on “Working in teams and managing Conflicts” with 29 young corporate aspirants. Understanding one’s own emotional construct and managing it to drive desired behavioural outcomes was the key focus. It was a great opportunity to share and make the young aspirants aware of the behavioural nuances early in their career by using theatre and theatrical techniques blended with concepts and highly interactive discussions.
